Amen! That is the one complaint I have about this season. They teased peeling away Castle’s layers, but I felt like we got one little bit and then they backed off.

Interviewer: Everybody talks about how he (Nathan Fillion) is such a good leader and he is part of the reason why you are at a 100 episodes.
Molly Quinn : He is a huge reason why we're here.. I always tell people, if this was Nathan playing every part, people would still watch it! It doesn't matter, Nathan's great! We add to it of course! But he is just... he is a light! We hear about those people..you know.. they're just the light up there! They have "that thing" and he has that! He has that spark!
This is my family, this is my home! It’s been incredible. Everything High school, driving licence, first boyfriend. I remember Nathan saying “I have to meet him”. And I did.. I brought him to set. Nathan…Nathan met my first boyfriend and my second… and my third, and my fourth! Everyone, they cycle quite a bit. But he’s always been there for me!
He is a dad. He has met more of you know.. been more a part of my life than my poor dad. I have the best dad in the world but he is so busy and he lives back in Texas and it is how it is! It’s great that Nathan took up that mantle. And we really just have that connection. It takes a very special man to be as congenial and be as great a leader as he is.
